The Temazcal CeremonyIt is a Ceremony that returns us to the Womb of Mother Earth and carry out a kind of gestation, that is, enter the temazcal in one way and leave in a better way. I mean, Reborn! with baby skin Within the Temazcal, spiritual, shamanic or temazcalera songs are performed, aromas are placed on the hot stones such as real sage, copal, palo dulce ext. everything so that the participant enters into a personal introspection and can thus amend, forgive or strengthen himself. It is very good for health. Anyone of any age can participate. The Woman participates with a Pareo, Long Dress or Bathing Suit, her drinking water and Towel. The Man participates with swimming shorts, his drinking water and his Towel. Duration of the event 2.30min. of which will be explained in these spiritual forms. Inside the Temazcal we will be 30, 40-45min. more or less. At the end I will invite you a glass of water and some seasonal fruit.
